  • All fees must be paid in full upon booking. The Conference Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry if monies have not been received. Seating spaces are offered strictly on a first come first serve basis. The Conference Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant that does not meet our eligibility requirements. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by email within 72 hours of receiving your registration and payment. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the event company, Infoex-World Services Ltd. as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. Where written cancellation is received on or before April 9, 2012, delegates will receive a full refund less 50% administration costs. There will be no refund for cancellation received from April 10, 2012 onwards. Substitutions may be made at any time at no extra charge subject to requests being received in writing and approved by the Confernce Organizer.. The FTTH CAP Conference Organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the content, timing and speakers of the program without notice. If the conference is postponed or cancelled, the Conference Organizer does not accept liability for any costs or personal expenses such as travel or hotel charges incurred by the delegate. The Conference Organizer will continue to hold and use this information to contact you about any future FTTH related events.

  • * Payments made on-site are subject to additional 6.5% VAT surcharge.
